Bobcat has launched the new 8B Woodchipper attachment for the company’s skid-steer, compact tracked and all-wheel steer loader ranges, providing a simple method for reducing wood waste and grinds branches and other tree components, reducing their volume by a factor of 10 to 1.

Aimed at the horticulture and landscaping market, particularly local authorities and their contractors and arborists, the new Woodchipper attachment is also an ideal extension to plant and tool hire fleets.

The width of the opening on the feeder on the 8B Woodchipper is 230 mm and the unit is able to continuously chip branch sizes of up to 130 mm using four reversible and replaceable cutters.
