Hillier Landscapes scoop Grand Prize at Bali Award

Hillier Landscapes took the honours at the recent Bali National Landscape Awards event the first time in ten years that a private landscaping scheme has won the award. The Bali awards are regarded as the premier industry awards in the UK and Europe.

The Grand Award is presented to the Bali member company whose winning scheme is considered to exemplify Landscaping excellence and professionalism. This years award is different as Hillier Landscapes won with a domestic scheme competing with high value commercial schemes.

The Gardens at Marl House in Burley, Hampshire were designed with the private owners and created by Hilliers over the past two years from an area of lawns and paddocks.

Over 650 BALI members, sponsors and guests attended the event and watched Hilliers Managing Director Richard Barnard receive the award from celebrity designer, Lawrence Llewelyn-Bowen who was the guest speaker.

The independent adjudication panel, unanimously agreed that Hillier’s work warranted this most prestigious award.
